Manuel
Baumann from Augsburg, Germany will be the
resident master butcher this summer at the
Weeping Radish Butchery. Manuel spent a week
at the brewery together with Gunther Kuehle,
our joint venture partner, creating an array
of
sausages, from brats to pastrami and a new
liverwurst made with
sweet potatoes.
All these wonderful
fresh products are now for sale at the
butchery. |
